Tootsville Hacker!?

So I was logged in to tootsville and I was just checking stuff and I entered the chest room where the pirate ship is. All of a sudden,this toot came in and all the chests were moved around! I came out of hiding and he/she saw me and put everything back to where it was originally then he/she logged off..... I think. Weird huh?
